The Topock/Golden Shores Community Emergency Response Team (C.E.R.T.) meets the third Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM at the Golden Shores Fire Dept, meetings are not held in June, July, or August. Cert members are volunteers, trained to assist in major disaster situations. Members of C.E.R.T. also educate the public in emergency preparedness. Any organization wishing to have a C.E.R.T. representative talk at their meeting or any person wanting more information may call Darlen at (928) 768-9718.
